The Practice

Dr. Angelo Cuzalina is an experienced cosmetic surgeon who has been in private practice for 12 years. He is President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the program director of an approved cosmetic surgery fellowship program through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Following training, Dr. Cuzalina has practiced cosmetic surgery, exclusively, since opening his surgery center in Tulsa in 1998. He has trained intensively with several former presidents of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and has performed well over 10,000 cosmetic surgery procedures.

Dr. Cuzalina is frequently the director and faculty for cosmetic breast, body, and facial rejuvenation courses and has written several textbook chapters and journal articles on cosmetic surgery for leading publications of this elite specialty.

Dr. James Koehler is dedicated to providing quality care in the field of cosmetic surgery. He has trained intensively in breast and body surgery, liposuction, endoscopic surgery as well as minimally invasive techniques.

He has served on the faculty and the admissions committee of the University of Alabama School of Medicine and is currently on the faculty of the Department of Surgery at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Koehler is also the co-director of cosmetic surgery training courses held annually at Tulsa Surgical Arts.

Dr. Koehler completed a full body cosmetic surgery fellowship under the direction of Dr. Angelo Cuzalina. Continuing in the tradition of high standards and quality patient care, he then joined the cosmetic practice at Tulsa Surgical Arts.

The Facility

Tulsa Surgical Arts maintains a fully accredited AAAHC outpatient surgery center within its facility, comparable to the top surgical centers in the U.S. The facility itself is beautifully designed, with patient comfort in mind. Th ere are relaxing recovery rooms for outpatient procedures, as well as overnight accommodations on site.
