I apply SPF 30 daily, wear a hat when I’m out in the sun. Drink water and carry extra SPF in my bag just incase!!

I really love PHYTOMER’S products and I used them all year around, especially in summer time it helps me to keep my face healthy and radiant. I use the sun solution sunscren SPF30 that protects my face and body and sun smother after sun milk and mask, also clean my face with Creamy face wash and after it the youth performance radiance serum,visible results in short periord of time. I LOVE Phytomer products! I use the Creamy Face Wash & always follow with Rose Visage! Rose Visage is so refreshing for the summer & it’s gentle enough to use for eye makeup remover. I use Phytomer products exclusively!! I love all of them and never go out of town without them. Because my husband works out in the elements every day, I apply night cream to his face too. My summer essentials are the toner, which is refreshing and rejuvenating and daytime and nighttime moisturizer and eye cream. I’m very fair so I always use sunscreen on my face and hands.

Leaving in Riverton, where the water is very thick, moisturizer is essential. Where I am in the environment of smoke, the energiIng oxygenating serum helps protects from the pollutants of the environment and especially the smoke. I also love the heat and the sun, because working outside the element can be hard on the akin in the winter and the summer. All seasons needs protection. So SPF is important. Beside mascara these are my essentials.

A great SPF30, sunhat and water…I burn very easily and avoid excessive sun, which isn’t good for anyone.

I won’t step outside without sunscreen on my face and on the back of my hands, at the very least–year round.
